Additional Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance, bank transfer charges, import duties, taxes and other destination-country charges.

Payment Due
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Dispatch
Works are normally dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Export, customs, carrier or destination restrictions may require additional time.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
Due to the unique nature of works of art and antiques, returns, exchanges and cancellations for reasons attributable to the buyer are not accepted. This does not apply where an incorrect work is supplied or where the work materially differs from its written catalogue description.
Condition of Works
Age-related wear, fading, repairs, losses and other condition matters disclosed in the catalogue entry or condition report do not constitute grounds for return.
